SHIPPING & DELIVERY
At The Ouz Co, we strive to make delivery quick and smooth.

KUWAIT
Orders placed before 2:00 PM are delivered the same day.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM are delivered the next day.
No deliveries on Fridays — Friday orders are delivered Saturday.

INTERNATIONAL
GCC countries: 3–7 business days.
Europe: 5–8 business days.
Delivery times may vary due to customs processing or high order volumes. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number.

RETURN & EXCHANGE SHIPPING
All return and exchange shipping costs are the customer's responsibility — including Kuwait. If you return a piece and order a replacement, delivery of the new piece is also on the customer. Original shipping fees are not refundable.
